Here are some untraditional ways to love yourself for Valentine's Day:

1. Get a massage/manicure/pedicure.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh... massages are the best! Not only is it extremely relaxing, but great for your circulation and your nervous system to function properly. Groupon has amazing deals on massages and manicures/pedicures. You can treat yourself like a queen on a budget.

2. Go on a vacation.

Take a vacation and explore a new place you've never been to. You can take a singles cruise and meet other singles like yourself! You can go on a group tour as well to wherever you want to travel to and make new friends at the same time. :)

3. Go on a meditation retreat.

Here's another way to completely unwind and pamper yourself, particularly your mind. Not only will you feel relaxed, but ready and recharged when you get back. You can find some budget friendly retreats to attend and meet other singles there as well.

4. Have a Netflix night with your single girlfriends.

Order some pizza, sip on some wine and binge on Netflix with your gal pals. Find something funny or inspirational to watch together. This is exactly what girlfriends are for and why it's so great to have them.

5. Go to a Comedy Show.

Laughter is life. Life is laughter. Enjoying a funny show will make you feel happy and joyful, which is exactly what you want to feel on this Day of Love for yourself.

So here are some awesome ways to have fun on the Day of Love. Being single does not mean that this day is not for you. It is! Remember, Valentine's Day is celebrating love in relationships and that includes you too!.

The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself and celebrating that love for you is just as important as with someone else. That someone else will come around one day, but in the meantime, in between time, celebrate and love you. :)
